Hands down my favorite look in the bunch!

Since childhood and the days of Carmen Sandiego, I have been absolutely infatuated with this look;

 I'm glad to see it getting some time on the runway (perhaps this means I'll be able to find a nice inexpensive hat that fits my enormous head).
